Yoga postures are modified for the needs of each individual student.
In your yoga session you'll be encouraged to explore and to understand your limits. You'll be guided into postures using safe alignment principles. You'll learn how to connect to your breath and how to relax deeply. You'll become more confident and content with who you are right now.
