As we do not take payments directly, but rather thru PayPal, we never have your credit card or banking details, only your delivery details.
Bank cheques & money orders are also accepted for your convenience - please email with any queries about these, or if a currency conversion is required.

The personal information & email address you provide will only be used to process your order, reply to feedback or send you product updates if requested. It will NEVER be disclosed to any 3rd parties for any reason whatsoever.
SHIPPING ::
Delivery within Australia is via Australia Post. Please contact us if you would like to discuss other delivery options. To simplify our shopping cart delivery costs are calculated on actual weight of goods. For any orders of 5 items or more please contact us for a more economical delivery fee.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products we do not use harsh preservatives and for this reason we keep stock levels to a minimum. This way we ensure you receive the freshest product available. However it may slightly delay shipping by one to two days. Therefore please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery.
International Orders: We use Australia Post. Once goods leave our hands and are with the freight company, any international order which maybe held with customs at your end is not our responsibility, we have never had this happen to date. Please ensure when you place your order that the goods you are ordering comply with the rules and regulations of your country, we do not pay customs clearing fees or duties or taxes that your country may impose it is the purchasers responsibility.
BACK ORDERS ::
If we are unable to complete your order due to a product shortage, you will be contacted within two days of placing your order to arrange alternate arrangements. Depending on the estimated time of wait, you may choose to back order the item or place your order at a later date. If you have elected to place the item on backorder, when that item arrives back into stock, we will contact you prior to dispatching the goods to confirm that you still want that product.
DAMAGED OR BROKEN ITEMS::
We pack your purchases with extra care, although on the very rare occasion packages can get damaged in transit. Any small damage or missing item claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of your order. Large damage claims must be made upon receipt as they may need to go through the delivery company. Leave the box(s) alone and phone me immediately, the carrier might require an inspection of the boxes in the manner that they were delivered. We may request return of merchandise on damaged claims depending on the individual circumstances.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY ::
We stand by the products we sell. If you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase please contact us immediately and you may return the products for refund or exchange.
